1. When will I receive the first issue of my subscription?

For U.S. orders, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your new subscription order to process.

For Canadian and International orders, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your new subscription order to process.

* Please note: Bimonthly and quarterly magazines may require additional delivery time.

2. How can I get information about an invoice I received?

You can verify the order invoice and your account balance after you Sign On at the Manage Your Account area. It will require you to enter your subscriber account number found on the magazine mailing label OR your full name, mailing address, AND e-mail address.

If there is an amount due on your account, pay it online at the Pay My Bill page. If you have additional questions about billing and payment procedures, please ask Customer Service by typing in your question at the Send a Comment page.

3. Where can I find my account number?

You can locate your account number in several places.

On your mailing label: Your account number appears above your name and mailing address. Include all digits, including zeros, when entering your account number.

On your invoice: Your account number will also appear on invoices and renewal reminders.

Referring to your account number whenever you contact us will help us serve you better.

4. How can I change my delivery address?

You may change your delivery address for you subscription after you Sign On at the Manage Your Account area. Please allow one to two issues for your change of address to take effect.

5. What should I do if my magazine arrives late or not at all?

We are sorry to hear that your magazine has arrived late or is missing. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-829-9095 or Send a Comment to our Customer Service department through the Manage Your Account area of our Customer Service Site. 6. Is ordering online safe?

Yes, it is safe to place orders and conduct bill payment transactions online. PRIMEDIA uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for all online transaction. SSL encrypts your personal information such as name, address and credit card number in an effort to prevent unauthorized access of this information during the transmission of your online order.

7. I do not want my name or e-mail address made available to other companies. How can I make that known to my magazine and PRIMEDIA?

Go to the Change My Information page of the Manage Your Account area, and select the "NO" button for the question, "May we contact you by e-mail with special offers from carefully selected third parties that we think you may enjoy?"
