Yeehaw! Acquittal on all counts

A jury acquitted Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney on all counts stemming from a brouhaha over a police horse named Chico. The country stars, and McGraw's wife Faith Hill, were greeted outside the courthouse by cheering fans after the verdict.

A suburban Buffalo jury was charged with deliberating the fate of country singers Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney on trial for charges stemming from a backstage scuffle over a police horse.

There was no music played, but the two country stars who took the stand Tuesday in their own defense were clearly performing. Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney charmed and cajoled the courtroom observers, and even the prosecutor, all while professing their innocence of misdemeanor charges.
