January 22, 2003 The Cable Television Public Affairs Association (CTPAA) today announced Henry Schleiff, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Court TV, and Michael S. Willner, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Insight Communications, as this year's recipients of the Association's President's Award. A Dialogue with First Lady Laura Bush Court TV was invited by the Department of Education to host a special Choices and Consequences event spotlighting the topic of character development. This program features First Lady Laura Bush being interviewed by Court TV's Host Catherine Crier on the importance of fostering character development in schools and in the community.
