organic cold-pressed virgin coconut oil

coconut oil is the only unrefined oil that can be heated (up to 170 degrees) and remain non-toxic. a completely raw food diet is better than one with cooked foods, but if you want to heat oils coconut oil is the healthiest. coconut oil according to many studies i've read on the internet also promotes a healthy thyroid (which controls a person's appetite) which helps with weight. coconut oil is high in lauric acids and remains fresh on the shelf for up to 3 years or more due to having natural antioxidants in it. coconut oil was used in america for baking and cooking until the 1970's when a study was released that said saturated fats were bad. studies condemning coconut oil used hydrogenated coconut oil, not unrefined coconut oil. the study that said saturated fats were bad has since been found false, according to the new york times and a few other things i've read on the internet. coconut oil is a good moisturizer. it can also be rubbed in the hair and anywhere else on the body including on the lips as chapstick. when buying coconut oil you should buy organic, virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil. there is also a kind that is not cold-pressed but extracted by centrifugal force, which may be better than the cold-pressed kind. i use 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil in my smoothie most days and also rub it on my face most days. for people on a raw food diet good sources of fat are olive oil, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, and coconut oil.

one thing i haven't read on the internet is coconut oil's effect on shitting. on the days when i use more than 1 1/2 or so tablespoons of coconut oil in my smoothie i get cramps and when i shit it takes a long time to shit and only a little bit of shit comes out at a time and when i'm done the shit is in a pile in the toilet that usually leaves a stain. the shit seems to be oily or something and forms a ball in the toilet. the cramps usually happen only when shitting. if you are living alone and don't see people often, though, the cramps and slower shit is not so bad, to me, to stop taking the coconut oil. but if i'm with someone else and will be spending the entire day with them sometimes i will reduce the amount of coconut oil i use that day. the effects i described above seem to happen only when i take more than about 1 1/2 tablespoons per day. my shit also smells worse when i take that amount or more coconut oil. this may just be because my body is transitioning. i've taken coconut oil in my smoothie consecutively maybe at most 10 days, so my body is probably transitioning to the high concentration of saturated fats. my skin is better and i don't have acne or blemishes on my face anymore. prior to this i have always had some blemishes or else a little acne on my face. i don't anymore. during the day i think i have less cravings for food and feel fuller more of the time and think less about food. i am also on a mostly raw food diet which may also be helping in ways i just described with my skin tone and appetite.

versatile vegan shit paste

versatile vegan shit paste for those priviledged enough to have access to a food processor or chopper.

organic chive
organic ginger
organic soybeans
organic soy sauce
organic olive oil
organic tomato
organic raw pumpkin seeds
organic whole soybean pasta (by Nutrition Kitchen)

first shell soybeans if they are not already shelled. chop ginger and chives into chunks. cop ginger and chives in food processor. add soybeans and olive oil and soy sauce. add the sauces gradually to taste. blend until smooth paste. you can add raw pumpkin seeds to the shit paste if you prefer a nuttier taste. at this point you can use it as a dip with vegetables. that might be good if you are going to a party or family dinner and are the only vegan so you won't feel as alienated while everyone else is eating chunks of cheese and meat on crackers. i used it to mix in with organic whole soybean pasta and tomato chunks. i liked it. it is pretty thick and rich so you could probably also use it as a substitute for mayonnaise or something on your tofurky sandwich though i wouldn't recommend tofurky because it has natural flavors. it tastes a little like it is made of avacados. i hope you like it.

vegan dog biscuits

vegan dog biscuits

9 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic

mix dry ingredients. add three cups of water. knead into a soft dough. add a little more water if too dry. roll out to an 1/8''-1/2'' thickness. cut into whatever shapes you want. bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. turn off oven and leave biscuits in overnight for about 8 hours to become crunchy and hard.

stella and i ate these. they taste very good. i think these are very good. i don't think i like feeding things to my dog that i wouldn't eat myself. i think to be able to do that i would probably think that i am better than my dog. i don't think i am better than my dog or anyone's dog so i now i want to feed her food that i would also eat.

"Supermarket pet foods are often composed of ground-up parts of animals deemed by Agriculture Department inspectors unfit for human consumption. The flesh of animals who fall into one of the categories of the four Dā€™s ā€“ dead, dying, diseased, or disabled ā€“ is what often goes into pet food. Many of these animals have died of infections, dehydration, or exposure to extreme heat or cold. In all but a few states, it is legal to remove unusable parts from chickens and sell them to pet food manufacturers. For example, some cheap or generic kibble-type dog food contains ground-up feathers. In the chicken inspection lines, deformed or tumorous legs are often cut off and put in a separate area for nonhuman consumption. Also, most pet foods contain the same hormones, pesticides, and antibiotics that are found in commercial meat products for humans."

put a little water on the vegan burger in a bowl and put it in the microwave. cut the steamy hot vegan burger into pieces the size of grapes. pour brewer's yeast on the pieces and move it around a little. then put peas and carrots in the microwave and put the steamy hot peas and carrots next to the brewer's yeast-coated vegan burger pieces in the bowl. add a little salt or pepper maybe to the peas and carrots.

vegan spinach yeast bowl

organic baby spinach
organic nutritional yeast

pour a giant bag of baby spinach in a giant bowl. pour two scoops of nutritional yeast over the spinach. make spoons with the spinach leaves and eat them with the yeast in the spoon part or push the spinach around in the yeast and eat it.

if you are trying to increase your metabolism it is better to eat the spinach raw. raw foods naturally contain enzymes that aid in digestion, speeding up the process. cooking the spinach destroys over half of the enzymes, making it harder to digest and slowing your metabolism.

vegan okra yeast bowl

organic nutritional yeast
organic okra

use the microwave so you don't lose nutrients into the water that you'd have to drain if you boiled. put the okra in the microwave until it is very hot. use a giant bowl. okra should fill the entire bowl, which should be gigantic. then put nutritional yeast on the okra. nutritional yeast has 4g fiber and 8g protein and 45 calories for one scoop. it's good to make a giant bowl of this.

vegan brown rice

organic brown rice
organic dill weed
organic chopped red onion
organic thyme
organic garlic
organic hijiki seaweed
optional nutritional yeast

cook rice by directions on package. add everything at the same time in whatever amounts you want.

the FDA claims that hijiki seaweed should not be consumed regulary due to the high amounts of arsenic present in the vegetable which can increase risk of cancer. don't worry about that. we are all going to get cancer eventually. it has 6g of fiber per 30 calories.
