There was a fifth story fire on the corner of Woodruff & Ocean Ave @ 2am in the "yuppie building." Apparently the apartment was empty after firemen had to break the windows and tear of the metal grating. A couple living next door ducked down using the fire escape. Looks like no one got hurt.
