I majored in management for my undergrad and my MBA degrees. To sum up many semesters of study, a successful organization is one whose technologies, structure, economics, rules and communications are consistent with its objectives and functions. These attributes rarely come together on their own accord; what we call "management" is nothing more, and nothing less, than making them all fit in and work with one another.

The Homebound Program is a division of the Office of Special Services, the goal of which is to make it possible for the severely disabled to get a Queens College education from home. I originally had intended this as a piece on the program's insufficient services and need of increased funding; audio quality has always been especially inadequate, and anything beyond such technology is nonexistent.

Yes, I, too, have some misgivings about the war - specifically, about the method of its execution.

Last Thursday the Academic Senate of Queens College reached a milestone in its own history by voting against the report of the Elections Committee. This decision was by no means an easy one for the Academic Senate to make; however, it was one that was necessary.
