Information resources on the internet

They say, the internet is the perfect medium for in-depth information. But as soon as you start searching, you guess its the perfect medium for info-trash. Good information is still hard to find and many content providers, e.g. scientific publishers, are quite reluctant publishing on the net.

We try to provide you with some useful links to other sites. With few exceptions, consumer-oriented sites didn't make it to this list. The utmost valuable resource by now is, in our opinion, the free Medline access (see below). This offer points to a time in the future when the internet will be what it is made for – the perfect medium for in-depth information.

This list is far from being complete. If you are aware of a good site providing information on a scholary level, which is not listed here, we'd apprechiate your e-mail to 101526.2743@compuserve.com
