Self-Help in Rwanda
Self-Help Program funds go a long way to enabling Rwandans to improve their lives. Among successes are a carpentry and masonry project and the purchase of pigs for resale to pay for school fees, medications, and other needs. U.S. Embassy staff visited project sites to see first hand how funds were being used. more
