As you work with some of your clients, they will tell you about the
other aspects of the property sale. In addition to the first-position
loan that you are originating, the seller is taking back a second....
Hmmm... Do you think that that seller really wanted to accept that
kind of risk? Don't you think that they would rather have their
cash now? Don't you think it's worth a phone call or two to see
how you can help them?
Due dilligence can reap pleasant surprises!
As you explore a client's assets, you'll sometimes run into a
mortgage note or a trust deed. So let's see, they have an asset
that's generating them a monthly payment, and they're applying
for a loan on which they'll need to make a monthly payment....
Surely there's a way that you can make your client's life easier!
You already know that one out of every two can't qualify...
Don't you sometimes wish that there was some way that you could
help more of the people that walked into your office? You know the
situation: that couple that almost meets the lending guidelines,
or that new face that popped in yesterday from out of town, who
exceeds all of your requirements... all except one. If the numbers
are right, one out of every two, you could double your business!
Back to the subject of lending

the seller of the home to borrow
equity from them. But there is a service

only licensed real estate professionals such as
