Konami's PAL version of the first 'proper' Metal Gear Solid stealth game on PSP, Portable Ops, features brand new multiplayer content and characters, it's being reported.
We've not been able to get hold of Konami Europe as yet to confirm details, but according to IGN, a total of 12 new characters are being accompanied by two extra multiplayer maps - bringing the multiplayer levels up to 10 - and Boss Battle mode. In this mode, you'll apparently be rewarded with "new recruitable characters on offing one of the game's larger adversaries".
New missions are additionally mentioned, but it's not clear whether this means extra single-player content or if it's just referring to the new multiplayer levels. We'll endeavour to get confirmation.
