Xbox 360 version II in the pipeline?

Integrated HDMI port? A 120Gb HDD? Rumours of Mark II machine hit the interweb
Rumours are circulating that an upgraded Xbox 360 is on the cards.

Tech site Engadget is carrying the image of the back side of what it claims to be a new version of the console - codenamed Zephyr - which it says features an integrated HDMI port for 1080p output along with a cooler processor than exits in current machines.

It's also suggested that a 120Gb HDD is coming too (which would certainly make sense with the launch of Video Marketplace), but it's not clear whether such will come bundled with the 'new' Xbox 360 and/or the current models or be sold as a separate item. The site additional mentions that what it describes as its "Xbox insider" has informed that the upgraded 360 will be available soon.

You can check out Engadget's image for yourself here. Interesting stuff to be sure, but until an official announcement spills forth from the mouth of Microsoft, file this in the rumour drawer.
