HARRY RANSOM CENTER: FELIKS TOPOLSKI   In 1959, the Center commissioned this Polish-born British artist to create 20 portraits of the twentieth-century's greatest living British authors, including W.H. Auden, T.S. Eliot, Graham Greene, and Edith Sitwell. Completed between 1959 and 1962, this exhibition marks the first time Popolski's complete set of paintings have been presented together. MICAEL PRIEST: NAKED UNDER HIS CLOTHES   The artist responsible for so many classic music posters; a former art director of the Armadillo World Headquarters; a consummate professional skilled in caricature and typography; the man who codified just what a "cosmic cowboy" could be: These are all Micael Priest, whose decades' worth of brilliant work is now on exhibit at the South Austin Museum of Popular Culture and nearly mind-croggling in its scope. STEPHEN L. CLARK GALLERY: SEAN PERRY   features photographs from Perry's "Transitory" series. This is the first time all three segments have been shown together – The Concrete, The Abstract, The Electrical – with four large-scale prints from each segment serving as the center of the exhibit. THE RUSSELL COLLECTION: EXPANSION GALLERY   After four years at their Arboretum location, here comes an additional location to showcase the collection's ever-expanding holdings.
