The Advantx LCA LP+ offers 39.4-cm (15.5 inches) and 31.3-cm (12.3 inches) image intensifiers, small bias focal spot X-ray tube and DLX digital system to arm the clinician with functionality to accommodate heavy workloads and long procedures.
The DLX offers the user the ability to optimize variables from dose to image quality. Peak opacified roadmapping for interventional procedures and CO2 studies for renal-compromised patients are available standard. No Trial / Trial flexibility lets the user step form Fluoro to record to capture quick events ... or optimize organ specific or organ specific techniques.
SmartFluoro™ combines Fluoro Noise Reduction, image integration and sophisticated pixel-by-pixel motion detection. The result is virtually noiseless real-time imaging at lower dose without temporal-resolution trade-offs.
Table side controls are available either as a joystick or the SmartHandle - or both - to achieve fast intuitive control over all gantry, table and imaging functions. The exclusive Anatomical Positioning System (APS) capability translates the gantry angle into patient angles. Which means no wasted time or effort to do unnecessary calculations. The "Hold the View" capability maintains the desired patient view even as the gantry rotates.
The 0.3 mm bias focal spot and easily removable image intensifier grid offer the ability to perform magnification DSA to achieve a higher spatial resolution.
The Advantx LCA LP+ positions you solidly at the forefront of angiographic technology. To step into the next generation simply add the Advantage Workstation. The AW offers off line processing and filming without interfering with on going procedures. This multi-modality review station can also be used to retrieve images from any networked DICOM imaging system - CT, X-ray, MR or nuclear medicine. This is the same workstation that is used for 3D Reconstruction Angiography.

The Advantx LCA LP+ provides SmartFluoro2 which uses real time Fluoro Noise Reduction algorithms and Temporal Motion Detectors for improved image quality. SmartFluoro-2 uses Pulsed Fluoro to reduce the dose to the patient and staff.
