Traveling Trainers:
Education in Motion
In order to put Leave No Trace education in motion, we've established the Subaru-Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers.
The Subaru Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers provide hands-on educational workshops and trainings. Each presentation is unique, from an hour-long workshop to a two-day Leave No Trace Trainer Course. They work with a wide range of audiences such as, youth serving organizations, college students, outdoor guides, land management employees and outdoor companies.
Our two teams of creative, dynamic educators are currently traveling from state to state in Subaru Outbacks, teaching thousands of outdoor enthusiasts how to minimize their impact in natural areas.
The “Education in Motion” program has reached over 8 million individuals, in 48 states, with the Leave No Trace message.

Nike, Montbell, Coleman, and Smartwool are the Official Outfitters of the Subaru-Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers program, supplying gear and clothing to help the Traveling Trainers communicate Leave No Trace ethics to outdoor enthusiasts across the United States.
