It's hard to go wrong when dogs—real ones, not CGI ones—are the stars of the movie, and in Eight Below, an octet of handsome huskies, playing sled dogs trapped in an Antarctica storm, steal this show. Meanwhile, several films from the Alfred Hitchcock Masterpiece Collection are releasing to single-purchase DVD, including two of our favorites—1948's Rope and 1955's The Trouble with Harry.

Not many new movies hitting the small screen this week, save for the Steve Martin family comedy Cheaper by the Dozen 2. But that's not the only dozen worth watching: A 2-disc special edition of the 1967 classic, The Dirty Dozen, also releases, plus special editions of a few more great war movies—The Longest Day, Patton, and Tora! Tora! Tora!

We often quote Napoleon Dynamite around here, so we're feeling LUCKY that it's now coming out in Like, the Best Special Edition Ever! This 2-disc version includes a "Wedding of the Century" featurette, "Liger vs. Tigon," deleted scenes, and much more. What are we gonna do with all that? Whatever we feel like we wanna do! Gosh!
