WHO ARE WE?

Crochet Partners has over 2000 members, men, women and children, located worldwide.  Their skill levels range from brand-new beginners to professional designers and publishers.

Members love to share their thoughts, comments and knowledge about crochet with others, and believe that there is no such thing as a dumb question!

We have a very active e-mail discussion  group as well as lots of interesting places to visit on our site, and many fun activities during the year.

Crochet Exchanges – Join a special interest crochet group to exchange small projects.

Celebrations – We celebrate the CP anniversary annually with contests, puzzles and more with wonderful prizes.  We celebrate National Crochet Month in March with an essay contest and – of course – prizes!  Throughout the year we have other contests that you’ll enjoy.

Café Crochet – Grab a cup of coffee or tea and enter Café Crochet for a live chat with other members.

Crochet Partners History

CP was founded in 1995 by Rae French and Shirley Guess, whose vision made Crochet Partners possible.  Both have gone on to other things, and the site is now owned by Rita Weiss and Jean Leinhauser, designers, authors and publishers.
