TruAccess
LOGIQ 9 A GE Ultrasound exclusive, TruAccess utilizes raw data digital processing throughout the entire ultrasound study – from the acquisition of raw data to digital viewing and finally to the storage of data in its purest, digital form.

By storing data in its original fidelity, or true form, there is never any loss of information or image quality. TruAccess can also provide you with:

  • DICOM-compliant information assures the ability to send images to other scanners, workstations and/or archives.
  • TruAccess and LOGIQWorks, GE’s Ultrasound workstation, combine technologies to provide virtual re-scans.
  • Complete image flexibility allows stored image optimization and measurement such as:
    • Overall B-mode gain, dynamic range and gray scale maps
    • Overall Doppler gain, baseline shift, sweep speed and inverted spectral wave form
    • Tru3D reconstruction from a stored cine loop
    • Anatomical M-mode

CodeScan
First introduced by GE and improved every year, GE-proprietary coded techniques have enabled B-Flow, Coded Excitation, Coded Harmonics and Coded Harmonic Angio. Digital encoding and decoding of pulse sequences with uniquely designed codes has dramatically improved sensitivity and penetration, driving clinical performances to new levels. Now, CodeScan, GE’s exclusive Fourth Generation Coded Technology, continues to improve image quality through even better image resolution. The LOGIQ 9 applies CodeScan technology to:

  • B-Flow – the ability to see true hemodynamic flow with improved high velocity visualization
  • Coded Excitation – improved resolution through higher frequencies penertating deeper in the body
  • Coded Harmonics – obtain harmonics at higher frequencies (up to 14 MHz) utilizing multi-level coding for greater detail and contrast resolution
  • Coded Harmonic Angio – Unique code sequences customized for specific contrast agents and applications *
