On Wednesday, President Bush traveled to Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, to discuss the American Competitiveness Initiative (ACI). As the President outlined in his State of the Union Address, the ACI will increase investments in research and development, strengthen education, and encourage entrepreneurship and innovation.
