a marketplace for publicly owned companies, securities firms,
broker-dealers, and individual and institutional investors,
the Pacific Exchange, Inc. provides competitive, regulated
auction markets where buyers and sellers meet to execute
trades in the most efficient way possible. The Pacific Exchange,
Inc. issues Options Trading Permits ("OTPs") that
entitle holders of the permits to trade options on the options
trading facilities of the PCX, including the options trading
floor, POETS, PCX Plus, or any other systems approved by
the Board of Directors, as a Market Maker, Floor Broker
or order flow firm.
