Germany finished atop the medals, US second and Norway third at the Salt Lake Paralympic Games. Four years ago in Nagano it was Norway, Germany and the United States with Japan fourth with 12 gold, 16 silver and 13 bronze medals, 41 total. In 2002, Japan dropped all the way to the bottom of the table with just 3 bronze medals.
