Text version of the demo is as follows:

Here I've logged in via the web to my MicroAid system for my Residents Association here in Bidley. On my home page is an icon for all the Newsletters that we've written - I'll click in to see them.

Here's a newsletter I prepared earlier that I haven't send out yet, let's take a look and see how it is getting on.

I've written a new article I want to add in, so let's do that now by editing the newsletter.

I click on the Story 1 and 2 tab. Here I can see the sections of the newsletter broken down for me in a simple way.

The Section is the part of the overall newsletter this story is in. In this case local news. The Headline relates to the specific story and the Teaser is the hook that draws in the reader.

I'll copy my text which I've written earlier in my word processing tool and paste it in.

{ Judges Alex Macqueen (Dr Keith Green from Holby City) and Martin Read (from Balham) both enjoyed the 2005 Bidley Best Garden competition.

"Thoroughly good fun" said Mr Macqueen, "Really impressed with the high quality of entries" said Mr Read.

As in all competitions there can only be a few winners and this year Renee, number 20 won the best window box, Sally from number 11 won best back garden and Doreen from number 16 won best front garden.

The judges' complete announcement including all the photos from the day (taken by Simon Garcia) are available on the web site at the link below.}

I've already selected a photo from my hard drive which I want to appear next to the story text and written a caption underneath.

I'd like to put a link to a page on my web site with all the other photos from the day on. Later I'll be able to see how many people have clicked on this link when they received it in their email mail box.

Now that's all done, I'll save the Newsletter.

Now I click View to see what the newsletter looks like.

Very professional, now I can either click the Printer Version to print out and distribute or I can click Send to send it to all the subscribers - whether there are 10 or 200.

MicroAid makes it all very easy.
