LAB Horn Project

This is a revised version of the Thomas Danley LAB Horn design, the original of which is available at http://www.prosoundweb.com/lsp/. I tried to maintain the original dimensions in the narrow areas of the horn, and pushed accumulated errors into the larger area of the horn. This version also cuts off the corners, and adds angled cleats, which strengthen as well as smooth the transitions. The corner dimensions have been revised somewhat. The baffle plates are dimensioned to be set into 1/4" (6.4mm) deep dados in the surrounding module sides. Bracing is set into 1/8" (3.2mm) deep dados in module and box sides. The access covers are trapazoid shaped like the original, to be made of plywood and screwed into cleats glued against the inside of the module, with aluminum disks inset for clearence around the magnet structure.
