Movies, books, actual buildings and construction, art.
What's is your r_speed limit, do you have one?
We base it on the number of surfaces in the view, and it's around 500.

What is your advice to a person who strive to get a job as a level designer
Create awesome maps and hope that someone out there notices them. It's happened to all the map designers we have here (aside from myself).
What editor do you use?
We use an internal editor called QE4. We have no plans to release it.
