How do I pick up my item once I have purchased it online?

Once you receive your confirmation e-mail from the merchant, your merchandise is reserved in your name and available for immediate pickup.

For your protection, only you or an authorized user of the credit card used to make the purchase may pick up your merchandise. To ensure convenience, you must bring the credit card used for the purchase, a valid photo ID, and a copy of the confirmation e-mail you received from the merchant. Upon arrival, go to the store's customer service counter for prompt assistance. There you will be asked for the following:

  • A copy of your confirmation e-mail from the merchant (or your order number)
  • Proper photo identification (e.g., a state-issued ID or driver's license)
  • The credit card used to make your purchase

Again for your protection, the store's customer service representative will have you sign for your merchandise.

How do I know that an item is available for in-store pickup?

On an item's product detail page, you'll see a box on the right-hand side titled More Buying Choices. If you see the words "Available for in-store pickup now" in the box, then it is available for in-store pickup.

How can I see which stores carry the item I want to purchase?

Enter your ZIP Code in the More Buying Choices box on the item's product detail page and click "Choose a store." On the next page, we will display stores in your area that have the item in stock.

How soon can I pick up my item after ordering it?

After submitting your order, you will first receive two e-mails from Amazon.com: one confirming that the order was placed and one confirming that your payment was processed successfully. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from the merchant that the item is ready for pickup.

Please wait until receiving the merchant's confirmation e-mail before going to the store.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders for in-store pickup cannot be canceled by Amazon.com. You may contact the merchant directly regarding their cancellation policy.

How do I return the item?

Please check the guidelines provided by the merchant for return instructions. Items picked up at a store cannot be returned to Amazon.com.

If I have problems with my order, whom should I contact?

Please contact the merchant directly if you have any concerns regarding your order. The confirmation e-mail you received from the merchant should contain contact information.
