GameWyrd’s design is still rather unique. Lots of roleplaying sites go for a sleek and smooth collection of nav bars and detailed fantasy art. The reason why lots of RPG sites use that style is because it works. It looks pretty. GameWyrd, as ever, is different though. We like being different. The site started out almost entirely black and white and had the appear of a stylised character sheet. As the site grew we added more colourful art but kept very much in the comic / clipart genre.
