Materials:
One elastic hair band (Goody works great)
yarn of your choice
hook size G

Instructions:
SC around hair band to cover it well.
CH 3, DC in 1st sc., ch2, 2 dc also in 1st sc. (Shell made). CH2, SK next sc., shell in next sc. Continue to shell in every other sc. until half way around the band. Finish off.
