A 34-year-old man was charged with murder after he slashed his nephew's throat during an argument in Bayside two years ago, police said yesterday.
Manuel Martinez was captured Thursday by police in Arizona near the Mexican border.
In July 2001, police believe Martinez had a dispute over money with his nephew, Miguel Martinez, 19, at the Seville Diner at 231st Street and Northern Boulevard, where they both worked.
Later on, Miguel's family received a phone call telling them they could find their loved one's body behind the diner.
Cops discovered Miguel's body in a Dumpster at that location.
