The prices may sound outrageous, but designers are mining gold in the playgrounds of Manhattan, where affluent moms go through high-priced new baby clothes like disposable diapers.
Sally Morrison has spent "thousands and thousands" on designer clothing, mainly D&G;, for her 3-year-old son, Toby.
