This resource provides links to online information about the foundation for IT support at Cal Poly Pomona, Chickering and Gamson's "Seven Principles of Good Practice in Higher Education," as they apply to using technology as a "lever" for facilitating teaching and learning. Links to web sites for three intensive summer institutes illustrate the evolution of one important component of IT support at Cal Poly Pomona.
