Valley jobs market still stuck in low gear
The job market offered no breaks to the 77,700 unemployed workers in Santa Clara County in November. The county's unemployment rate remained substantially higher than the state and national averages, at 7.8 percent. And the county lost 3,600 jobs from October to November.
