Lakers 98, Bucks 93

Tracy Murray scored 21 points to help the Los Angeles Lakers rally for a 98-93 exhibition victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night.

Rookies Jannero Pargo and Kareem Rush each added 18 points for the Lakers (3 (4)-.

Michael Redd led the Bucks 3 (3)- with 21 points. Sam Cassell added 16 points and had nine assists.

The Bucks close out their preseason schedule Friday night against Cleveland in the first half of a doubleheader at Staples Center; the Lakers play the late game against Sacramento.

Rush's 3-pointer extended the Lakers' lead to 91-75 with 6:54 remaining, but Milwaukee made it interesting with an 18-7 run over the final 6:03. Dan Gadzuric led the surge with seven points, and he also grabbed 13 rebounds.

The Lakers trailed 27-10 in the first quarter, but consecutive 3-pointers from Murray gave Los Angeles their first lead in the second quarter. The Lakers led 44-39 at the half.

Allen's 3-pointer with 8:18 to play in the third quarter cut the Laker margin to 53-49. The Lakers went on a 16-4 run from there, with Kobe Bryant finishing it with a 3-pointer that pushed Los Angeles' lead to 69-53.
