Birds can run; it's grounded in stats
It could be a sign of the Apocalypse, or merely another indication that the Eagles have become a very tough team to beat: Andy Reid's offense is ranked first in the NFL in rushing after battering the New York Giants for 299 yards on the ground in Monday night's 17-3 victory. Though that does not indicate any change in philosophy, it does mean the Eagles have solved the problem of tough defenses that focus on stopping their passing game.
