So get out that digital camera and start shooting.

We're looking for photos of signs of the season - leaves changing, pumpkin patches, anything you consider a sign of fall. We want to celebrate autumn with photos. We'll post the most creative ones from all over area, region and country.

Only digital photos will be accepted, and only one per person. Please email your photo to gnielson@knightridder.com by Wednesday, Oct. 23. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail, where the photo was shot and any details you'd like to share about yourself, the subject of the photo and how it was taken.

The winning photos will be posted Monday, Oct. 28.
