I beg you, consumer and taste-maker, to clutch your hard-earned dollars close and dear when you pass by The Kelley Deal 6000's Boom! Boom! Boom! in your local record store. Sure, there's a voice in yer head saying, "Hey, last year's Go to the Sugar Altar was the shit!" Quite simply, this follow-up sucks.

The rare moments when this CD comes through serve merely as a breather to the gut-wrenching horror of the rest. The lyrics are about as smart as a pillow-case and the music seems to be intentionally annoying. It is an insult to the listener, and a disappointment to the fan. Stay away, far away.
