N.J. infertility law is a mixed blessing for couples, firms
Doris and Kevin Cistrelli had almost given up their dream of having children. The couple, from Edison, N.J., had been through four artificial-insemination treatments without success. And they couldn't afford in vitro fertilization, the expensive, high-tech procedure bringing egg and sperm together in a lab dish.
