Gracia Burnham has agreed to return to the Philippines -- where she was held captive for 377 days in a jungle -- to testify against her abductors, her father said today.
Burnham, of Rose Hill, was shot in the thigh during a June 7 military rescue in which her husband, Martin, was killed. The Burnhams were kidnapped by the Abu Sayyaf group in May 2001.
Paul Burnham, Martin's father, said Gracia is willing to help once a trial of her abductors begins.
"She'll help in any way she can," he said. "As soon as there's someone to testify against."
