Fans show team spirit in their homes, yards
Clyde Davis loves his lawn, but he loves Auburn football even more. So if the 15-by-15-foot "AU" he spray-painted in orange, blue and white on his front yard ends up killing the grass, at least the neighborhood knows where his loyalties lie.

What's behind the curtain? We're talking about the shower curtain for which former Tyco executive L. Dennis Kozlowski spent $6,000, charging it to his company. The piece of cloth has become a lightning rod in a debate about spoiled big-business execs. While others argue over ethics, we simply want to know: How can a shower curtain cost that much?

A lot of new furniture in the last few years has been really big. It's looked as if it were created to fill the two-story great rooms popular in McMansions. There's still a market for oversize pieces, but much of what's being made now is more in keeping with the average American home.
