IC4IC is driven by a carefully selected team of seasoned professionals, with extensive experience in communications and VLSI design, and a proven track record in chip and system design, hardware and software development, product marketing and business development.
Dov Alon, Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Alon has accumulated 24 years of experience in developing and managing VLSI projects. As VLSI Design Center Manager at RAFAEL, Dov was responsible for the development of over 60 chips, and controlled multi-million Dollar hardware and software budgets.
Dov holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc. (summa cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
Ami Kraft, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kraft brings vast experience in financial management and high-tech financing. As CFO and VP of Finance at Zoran Corporation, he was actively involved in all aspects of the company's public offering. Before Zoran, Mr. Kraft served 21 years at Kulicke & Soffa, in a variety of management positions, including Deputy Managing Director for Finance, HR and administration, and International Controller.
Ami holds a BA in Public Accounting from Haifa University in Israel, and an MBA from the Stanford University Executive Institute.
Rafi Philosoph, Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Philosoph brings a total of over 24 years of development and marketing experience in the high tech industry. During the last 10 years, Rafi held a number of executive level marketing positions in data and wireless communication companies such as Madge Networks (now Avaya Communications) and Netology (a Comverse subsidiary).
Rafi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona CA, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu CA.
Nir Yona, Vice President Research and Development
Mr. Yona possesses almost 20 years of experience in technology and technology management, with specific expertise in VLSI, data communications (ATM and IP based), LAN, VoIP and enterprise system design.
Nir has previously served as Vice President of Technology and R&D; with Computer Access Technology, as Senior Business Development Manager with Lucent Technologies' LAN Systems Group and as Senior R&D; Program Manager with LANNET Data Communications.
Mr. Yona holds an MBA from the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School and a B. Sc. in Computers and Electronics Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheba, Israel.
Yosi Mazor, Program Manager
With over 23 years of experience in technology and technology management,
Mr. Mazor has held numerous senior architecture/management positions and has accumulated extensive knowledge in networking, communication systems and VLSI design.
Yosi has previously served as Director of Winbond's Speech Recognition Program, as Algorithm and Architecture Manager with Zoran, as Advanced Technology Manager with LanOptics and as Product Team Manager with Intel Communications.
Mr. Mazor holds a B. Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
Giora Ariel, Founder, VLSI Technology Manager
Mr. Ariel brings almost 20 years of experience as a designer, project manager and group leader in the design and architecture of very dense, high-performance CMOS and high speed GaAs cell-based ICs and gate arrays, using state of the art development systems. He has been actively involved in the research and development of real-time multi-computer systems, including system analysis, hardware and software implementation, and system integration.
Giora holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
Daniel Feldman, Founder, System Group Leader
Daniel has considerable experience in the fields of System Architecture and ASIC Design. Previously, he served as VHDL Engineer at NICE Systems and as VLSI Engineer at RAFAEL.
During the past year, Daniel has actively contributed to the specification of the IP UTRAN. He holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
