The bride, a daughter of Curtis and Louise Knepper, of Bellefonte, is a 2001 graduate of Penn State with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She is a first grade teacher for Howard Hall Classical Elementary School in Fayetteville, N.C.
The bridegroom, a son of Roger and Sherry Tumlin, of Kernersville, N.C., is a 2001 graduate of the United States Military Academy with a bachelor of science degree in systems engineering. He is a lieutenant in the Army.
Melissa Frederick, of Franklin, was the maid of honor.
Charlene Mason, of Bellefonte, Kelly Coleman, of Annondale, Va., and Janet Dietrich, of Saxonburg, were the bridesmaids.
Alexandra Tumlin, of Portland, Maine, was the flower girl.
