By Jane Haseldinejhaseldi@centredaily.comSTATE COLLEGE -- Facing dramatic spikes in medical malpractice insurance rates, 31 Pennsylvania community hospitals, including two in Centre County, have banded together to insure themselves.Community Hospital Alternative for Risk Transfer includes Centre Community, Philipsburg Area, Clearfield, Lewistown and Altoona's JC Blair Memorial hospitals.
