Cover Art The Hollies
Dear Eloise/ King Midas In Reverse
[Sundazed]
Rating: 2.0

How do you top a horrible album title? With a horrible song, of course. The unfortunate concoction of whole notes, half notes, quarter notes and shit is called "Pegasus," as in the flying horse. I know this because the chorus is simply, "I'm Pegasus, the flying horse." You know, as opposed to Pegasus, the short order cook. (Note to all '60s afficianados who want to start a retro sounding band: Do not follow the lead of the Hollies; unless you're Brian Wilson, you have no right to lay down a glockenspiel track.)

So, you get two albums on one disc, but how's the rest of the music? Not so good, sad to say. Where's the oomph? Where's the soul? Where's a decent song? I'm not sure. I gave up looking a long time ago.
