Let me introduce you to Daryl. You don't know him, trust me. Daryl runs on a diet of caffeine, punk zines, chocolate, crystal meth, anarchy, egg whites (you know, for the mohawk), super unleaded premium, and the occasional sugar enema. This is his soundtrack.

If you like Atari Teenage Riot, you're probably going to dig EC8OR. Why? They sound almost exactly alike. The only difference between these two Alec Empire projects I can discern is that this one is loaded with more creepy noises.

Now, I like Atari Teenage Riot and EC8OR to some extent. The thing is that it gets pretty old after three songs. There's only so much "Hey! It's thrash meets drum n' bass!" a normal human being can take. Have a friend tape a few tracks for you; spend your dough on something more interesting. (Preferably something interesting on Grand Royal.)
