If you're the type that's immediately turned on to kitschy music, Bis is for you. They were huge in Britain for a second, and I'm willing to bet they'll never see the light of day in America, which isn't to say the music doesn't have its appeal.

This disc consists of instantly catchy songs which, if they weren't so damn quirky, might be huge modern rock hits. In fact, Bis kind of sounds like a spazzy, out of control No Doubt.

I can't guarantee what you'll end up thinking about Bis, but I can assure you it's going to involve three phases (in no particular order): Love, hate, and total confusion.
