SoundgardenDown on the Upside [A&M;] Rating: 7.0 Like you need me to tell you about this disc. If you dig Soundgarden, you've already spun it a million times. If you hate Soundgarden, you don't care. Either way, you know what they sound like, and if it's your cup of tea (like mine), Down On The Upside will give you a double shot of grunge, no foam but plenty of caffeine.
