I get crazy when this record comes on. I fell in love with the first single, "Bluster," and when the rest finally came in the mail, I danced. I danced my way up and down this courtyard. And we danced. Dancing with myself. Dancing in the dark. It was awesome.

The CD kicks off with the utterly bizarre "Impro," which includes the incredible improvisational lyrics of Nina Ramsby ("Mother, why can't you give me some of your ice cream / Messin' around with yourself"). Okay, so the lyrics on the disc are never wonderful, but that's because they're Swedish. Imagine if we Americans had to go around talking Latin all day. Then try to write a song. And it can't involve God. Those Latin- speaking folk played that out already.

So if you can manage to ignore some of the rotten lyrics, this album is amazing. Hope you like PJ Harvey.
