Ananova's award-winning WAP site is already the best news WAP site around - but now we've gone and made it even better by putting you in control of the news agenda. We've created a personal WAP page that allows you to access the news that matters to you - fast.

All you have to do is tell Ananova what subjects you're interested in by registering for our alerts service. We'll give you a WAP page to bookmark - and from then on there's no need to go clicking through index page after index page to find the news you're looking for.

It's just as up-to-the-minute as www.ananova.com but because the site is designed for a smaller screen and lower bandwidth than a desktop, we've edited our stories for WAP to make them easier and faster to read. If you like a particular story you can click to read more on it, or find related stories.

As well as getting the latest news, sports and business stories you can use your phone to access TV listings, weather forecasts and live sports scores, updated as they change. Which means you can keep up with the news you need to know wherever you are.

The quickest way to access Ananova's WAP site is to bookmark http://wap.ananova.com/ which saves you having to enter the address on your keypad each time. If you need help to do this, check out our step-by-step guide.

To create your own personal WAP page full of Ananova stories on the subjects you're interested in, choose what you want from out our alerts catalogue and follow the sign-up instructions from there.

If you've already signed up to receive e-mail alerts it's easy to get them sent to your WAP phone as well.
