Elvis impersonator on assault charge after nursing home gig |
An Elvis impersonator allegedly punched a nursing home employee after a performance in front of OAPs.
Ohio police were called to the Huron Healthcare Centre by a worker who said he'd been assaulted.
Officers say the impersonator demanded cash after his performance. Workers refused to give him anything.
Police chief Randy Glovinsky says Timothy Baker, 53, of Greenville, punched the worker in the jaw when he refused to give him any money.
The employee refused medical attention. Baker was charged with assault, police say.
Workers told police they hadn't agreed to pay the impersonator anything before his performance.
