TV drama Without Motive has flopped in the ratings on its return to ITV. The second series of the drama, which stars Ross Kemp, was beaten by BBC1's Crimewatch. It had an audience of 5.5 million viewers compared to Crimewatch's 6.3 million, according to unofficial figures, reports the Media Guardian.
