Scrum-half Gareth Cooper has withdrawn from the Wales bench for the Millennium Stadium friendly against Romania.

Cooper was injured during Bath's Premiership defeat by Saracens.

He is replaced by Llanelli youngster Dwayne Peel.

Peel, capped when Wales toured Japan this summer, will shadow Cardiff and Lions star Rob Howley, who makes his 50th Test appearance.
