Finite Mathematics includes the many topics in Mathematics which do not require the concepts associated with the Differential or Integral Calculus. To say this in a more technical way:

Finite Mathematics deals with discrete items and ignores the concepts of infinity and continuity.
Non-finite Mathematics deals with continuous items and infinite processes, in particular, Analysis and Calculus.

Among its most prominent topics are:

Theoretical topics: Set theory -- Combinatorics -- Probability theory -- Linear algebra -- Matrix algebra
Applied topics: Game theory -- [Markov chains]? -- Graph theory -- [Linear programming]?
